0. Service Provider

This Service is operated by the site owner of vxeyraa.link. For questions about these Terms, privacy, or data deletion requests, please use the contact form on the main page.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Use of Service

This Service allows you to:

• Submit anonymous questions and receive answers
• Suggest songs from approved streaming services (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
• Upvote approved songs
• Submit contact forms for serious inquiries
• View live activity features showing the site owner’s current music, gaming status, and presence information when available

You agree to use this Service in a lawful manner and not to submit any content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Invasive of another's privacy or violates any intellectual property rights
• Contains software viruses or any malicious code
• Spam or unsolicited advertising

3. Anonymous Q&A System

This Service does not use traditional user accounts for the anonymous Q&A system. When you submit a question, you will receive a unique tracking code. This code allows you to:

• Check back for answers to your question
• Delete your question within 5 minutes of submission
• Mark your question for deletion after 5 minutes; marked questions are reviewed and typically deleted within 24 hours

Keep your tracking code secure. Anyone with access to your tracking code can view your question and its answer.

4. Song Suggestions

Song suggestions are subject to moderation and approval:

• Only links from approved streaming services are accepted (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Deezer, Tidal, Amazon Music, Bandcamp, Pandora)
• All song suggestions enter a pending state and require admin approval before appearing publicly
• You may optionally provide a username or alias when suggesting songs
• Users can upvote approved songs once per day per song, subject to a daily vote cap
• Admins reserve the right to reject, remove, or add notes to any song suggestion
• Approved songs may be added to external playlists controlled by the site owner, including Spotify and YouTube playlists when those integrations are enabled
• If a direct platform link is unavailable, the service may search supported third-party platforms for a best-match version of the approved song
• Not every approved song is guaranteed to appear on every external platform

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to post any content that violates these Terms of Service or that we deem inappropriate for any reason. Questions marked for deletion and song suggestions will be reviewed by administrators.

6. Abuse Prevention and Access Restrictions

We may use rate limiting, verification checks, temporary request blocking, session controls, and other technical protections to keep the Service available and reduce abuse.

• Repeated spam, brute-force behavior, or attempts to bypass protected endpoints may result in temporary or longer access restrictions
• Admin access is protected separately and may be restricted by login protection, verification checks, session requirements, and country-based access rules

7. Data Retention

Data retention details, including retention periods for questions, song suggestions, vote enforcement data, contact forms, admin sessions, security logs, and other technical information, are described in the Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your content by marking it for deletion where available or by contacting us directly.

8. Third-Party Services and Content

This Service may display or interact with third-party content, metadata, artwork, or platform services, including but not limited to Cloudflare Turnstile, Spotify, YouTube, and Discord integrations. Discord notifications are used only to notify the site owner that a new question was submitted, when configured. Availability, accuracy, and behavior of third-party services may change without notice.

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

This Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use this Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
